Pond Guys Water Gardens may take photos and/or videos of ponds, water features, and related work completed at your property for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. We will not intentionally photograph identifiable people, and we will avoid showing house numbers or other sensitive details where reasonably possible. If you prefer that we do not use images of work done at your property, please let us know in writing.
For the safety of our team and your property, Pond Guys Water Gardens may reschedule work in the event of severe weather or unsafe site conditions. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time
You agree to provide safe access to the work area on the scheduled service date, including unlocked gates and secured pets where needed. If we cannot safely access the site, we may need to reschedule and a call‑out fee may apply.
You agree that Pond Guys Water Gardens may use reasonable on‑site utilities such as water and electrical outlets as needed to complete the work.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you have concerns about work completed by Pond Guys Water Gardens, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can review and, where appropriate, address the issue.
We take great care when working around fish and aquatic plants. However, because water quality, existing health conditions, and environmental factors are outside our full control, Pond Guys Water Gardens cannot guarantee against loss of fish or plants.
